
Designed to nuture and support you throughout your pregnancy whilst alleviating common aches and pains during pregnancy.
Suitable from 14 weeks pregnant, each session will flow through gentle postures to balance the body, breath work and breathing techniques to use during labour and birth, meditation and relaxation to help you feel calm, connect and tuned into your body and your baby.
Sessions are designed to build strength and stability in the body, with an additional focus on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles. We will also cover topics such as optimal foetal positioning, breathing techniques and positive affirmations to help relax your mind and body.
You will be held in a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can start to build a community with other mums-to-be through sharing experiences.
Each session is planned by myself, Kelly, a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher, with you in mind. Therefore, any pregnancy ailments, discomforts or conditions plus different energy and flexibility levels are accomodated for so you can fully enjoy and benefit from each session.
